This year’s EA Masters Conference and Awards took place on the 5th of November 2024 and industry professionals gathered in London’s Battersea Park to embrace this year’s theme, "Dare to Win".

Street.co.uk’s presence was unmissable from the very start as we hired tuk tuks to help agents travel to the venue. This was a first for us… but we have a feeling that due to popular demand, you may see them more and more in 2025!

And if agents didn’t manage to see our tuk tuks, they certainly didn’t miss our stand. Featuring an eye-catching 10-metre video wall, many of our team were on hand to show agents Street.co.uk’s powerful tools, including automated workflows, efficient processes and incredible vendor experiences, all designed to save agents time and boost revenue. 

Our team also shared valuable insights from the main stage. Heather Staff, Co-Founder, and Stella Nicol, Head of Operations, participated in panels that delved into the future of estate agency technology. Heather highlighted the power of automation, emphasising its role in reducing manual tasks and elevating business efficiency, alongside industry leaders like William Reeve of Goodlord and Alex Rhodes of Greenhouse OS. 

Heather noted “It's a bit of a misconception that tech and automation means reduced customer service. As many people have already touched on today, customers now want 24/7 experiences, and frankly, you can only do that with tech."

Meanwhile, Stella joined an engaging discussion with Toby Howd of Pattinson Auctions and Colby Short of GetAgent. Together, they explored the critical need for tech-driven solutions that equip agents to dominate their markets and consistently win new instructions. Stella underscored Street Group’s commitment to providing intuitive tools that simplify operations and empower agencies to capture greater market share.

The excitement of the day peaked during the awards ceremony when Street.co.uk’s parent, Street Group, was honoured with two prestigious awards: Best Large Supplier and Best Overall Supplier. These awards are a testament to our team's hard work, innovation, and commitment to empowering estate agents with the tools they need to excel in a competitive market recognised by the agents who voted for us.

Street Group was also recognised in the Top 25 Innovations list which celebrates companies going above and beyond for the sector such as increased customer satisfaction, enhanced functionality, cost savings or sustainability, as well as those showcasing groundbreaking innovations.
